First, I made an appointment as a last ditch effort looking for help with my issues. My anxiety was at 100. At arrival all of the staff was very polite and made me fell comfortable while waiting. The first nurse called me back gathered my info and visited with me a bit. ... First impression of the doctor, he genuinely wanted to know why I was there, he sat down and listened to why I was there, we visited on current situation and talked next steps. The CT nurse was very nice and took great care of me, back to the room and in a few minutes, reasons for my issues were found out plain as day, and explained in detail from the doctor. And then followed up with more discussion and detail from other staff. I had a consultation with a very nice lady in a not so large office, but it worked, lol, all cost and estimates were disclosed up front, nothing hidden. Lastly the girl at checkout was very patient with me while I filled out additional paperwork. In all, 5star treatment from everyone! I will see my treatment through with these folks. Highly recommend.
