Our admin team is made up of the managers, front desk team, billing specialists, and all the folks in between. They are the smiling faces greeting you at the door, the people scheduling your appointments and answering questions, and the folks who make the day to day operations possible. Without each and every person on the admin team, Texas Sinus & Snoring would not be the well working facility our patients trust with their sinus, allergy, hearing and snoring issues.

J. Michelle Benton-Johnson | Practice Admin

J. Michelle Benton-Johnson is a native of Fort Worth, TX; growing up with her grandparents in a small community outside Tyler, TX. After graduating 3rd in her high school class, she went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude with a Business Management degree from LeTourneau University. She then received her graduate degree from Texas Woman’s University in Healthcare Administration.

Michelle has worked in healthcare for the past 30 years, 25 of which have been in management.

She relocated to Houston in 2009. Michelle and her husband Lathan are the proud parents of four daughters and grandparents to 2 grandsons and 2 granddaughters.

She holds certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Officer of Healthcare Compliance and Medical Professional Executive.

Michelle is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). She also serves faithfully as a member of Refreshing Word Church.

She enjoys reading, traveling and mentoring teenage girls.
