The Healthy Living, Healthy Life free health fair will showcase some of our areas greatest medical professionals and be a resource for our community. Texas Sinus & Snoring is thrilled to host this event as well as offer free sinus CT scans. We plan to have fun activities for kids, a blood drive, as well as food trucks. We want this to be more than just a health fair, but also a fun community event to help bring people together and educate them on healthy living.

Exposure
A dedicated website has been created at texassinusandsnoring.com/healthfair to help promote the event online and through social media. Fliers and posters will be printed and distributed both physically and digitally. We will provide marketing materials for you to help promote the event to your client base. We are also working with several news media outlets to get coverage before the event and the day of.

Get Involved
You will have your own booth and are encouraged to offer a free service or education. You are welcome to hand out literature, goodies, coupons etc. Attendees will receive a “passport” at check-in. If they visit each vendor and have them sign off on their passport they will be entered into a drawing to win one of many prizes.

We ask that each vendor contribute $250 to cover the cost of your table, two chairs and tent for your booth. This also helps cover the cost of marketing materials. We also ask that you contribute a door prize. This could be a gift card to a place of your choosing or a free service/product from your establishment.
